The Sadist Song

The sadist song
/ best sung on the melody of “All the way” by Jimmy Van Heusen (1957) /

A sick and weird impression,
less humane by every session, that is how

strangers do describe you
in a way to compromise, to - hold you down.

Fearing what they cannot label; closing up to the realm.
Where a true free view enables; seeing you being real

That person just depicted
and so zealously convicted - is not you!

If not shown in sane ways,
all the bad and in between plays; leave you rude.

Systems of submitting doctrine; can never set us free.
Blessed are the few, the pristine; who accept … and let be

As, when you swing that flogger,
back and buttocks so in trouble; leather rains

dropping hot and mean blows
until finally your work shows; colourful strains.

When the levels keep on rising - and pain results in tears.
Sobbing moans and wicked thriving - don’t divide, but draw near.

And if somebody awkward,
simply states that you’re a bastard - let it rest!

For the games we’re playing
in a place were love is staying – make us blessed.

Who cares what the world is saying, as if they understood.
Just share what your heart is giving, then everything will be good.

For these sides we’re showing
in that place were love is glowing – display our soul;

… make us whole.
